Orders are posted within five working days. Because pieces are one of one, a sold item cannot be remade identically.
Returns. Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of arrival for a full refund. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty.
Faults. If a seam gives or a tassel comes loose in the first year, send a photo and it will be repaired or refunded.
